Russian House on the Water! In the very centre of Kiev, in Podil, on the Dnieper quay there is a unique, uncommon in its seamlessness, Russian house on the water – "Koleco" commercial restaurant. It is so freshly and vividly here. The restaurant amazes with its splendour antique appointments, and real Russian cuisine suits it perfectly! And not simple Rusian, but hospitable Russian.
There are 7 halls at "Koleso" commercial restaurant – seven different moods. Gypsy Hall – the walls are decorated with crimson roses, like gypsy shawl; your attention will be drawn to two bears that look like real ones! About 60-70 persons may take their seats in the Gypsy Hall.
The Jockey Hall is for 28 persons. Harness, saddles, accoutrements – everything what a real jockey needs can be on the walls of this hall. And if you look up, you will see skeletons of real two-wheel chariots, using which real people took part in real horse races.
At the "Theatrical Hall" there is bohemia atmosphere. There are posters on walls, theatrical properties. 28 persons can take seats here.
"Boudoir Hall" will meet its guests with luxury – silky walls and golden lamps, the bar, comfortable silky sofas with coquettish mirrors on carved backs, in the centre on the podium there is an old piano with candelabrums. 32 persons can take their seats in this hall.
"Musical hall" is for 8 persons only – refined and romantic, decorated with records and music notes, and under the ceiling there is a whole symphony orchestra!
"Arms Hall" – is for a good men’s company. Only surrounded with guns, hangers and other battle arms real men can have a talk! Walls and ceiling are colored with camouflage, lamps look like soldier helmets, reinforce the seriousness of the atmosphere, but hardly can it break off one’s appetite. 8 persons may make themselves comfortable here.
If you want to have a cup of tea – you should go to the Tea-Samovar-Room, where there are bunches of ring-shaped cracknels, tea-services and lace serviettes under the ceiling. Waves of the Dnieper river are splashing behind the window. This is the very place for a heart-to-heart women’s talk.

Guests may make themselves comfortable in any of hall mentioned above, and in summertime they can also use summer terraces called Birch Grove and Oak Grove with the Dnieper view.
And if you wish to have a row – just tell about it and a cutter will pick up at "Koleso" and take you for a row along the Dnieper down the river.
In summer it is a unique Russian house on the water, where everything – a noise of a feast, gypsy songs, khrenovuha and Klukovka – only for your pleasure.
In winter it is a cosy place where one can have a peaceful rest and enjoy tasty meals, get war with our proprietary tea and home-made sbiten, listen to pleasant sounds of romances.
